This piece was really interesting for me - I started over, twice. Which honestly, I usually never have to completely start over, usually I can work through a piece until it comes around... but not this one. It stretched me as an artist and a person in many ways that were uncomfortable, discouraging at times, hard and also exciting as it all came together. It’s kind of perfect it happened that way though. Because of what happened here, so long ago... we can all start over. As many times as needed. No pain in too big, no sin too deep, and no person is ever too far gone. We are all loved by Jesus - so much so that he was willing to come to this garden, in gethsemane, and take it all for YOU and for me.
