As a small business, we do our very best to offer a quick turn around. Right now, we currently use a local print house and prints are made to order.

For STANDARD PRINTS (11x14 and smaller on paper) - Please allow 7 - 14 business days for your to be completed, packaged, and sent on their way.

For CANVAS PRINTS or any print larger than 11x14 - please allow 3 weeks for production times before shipment. We currently have to outsource these prints so they do take a bit longer. Please take this into account when ordering.

We know you are excited, and so are we! Art is such a gift to the receiving and to the walls of our homes. Thank you for being patient and for shopping small! Each order makes all the difference for our family.

If you are interested in receiving a print, and shipping is not currently offered to your country or providence - please send us an email to hello@morgancasteel.com and we can send you an invoice + include a shipping estimate if needed. Please include the print(s) you would like and the sizes. Thank you!

Originals: Depending on their nature will either arrive in a enforce flat mailer, wrapped in cello sleeve & acid free tissue paper attached to a backer board to provide extra protection. OR Package, wrapped and sealed in a box fit to size. We are always sure to handle originals with the utmost love and care to ensure they arrive to you safe and sound + as beautiful as ever.

5x7” - 11x14” Prints : Prints are encased in cello sleeves to prevent any smudging or scratches, with a pressed backer board and shipped in enforced flat mailers, We also label each package as fragile to ensure your prints arrive perfectly and ready to display.

16x20” - 18x24” : Prints are rolled, wrapped in acid free tissue paper, and shipped in a mailing tube to prevent bending or tears. To flatten your print, if needed, you can always lay it flat on a clean surface and weigh down each corner with a book. You can also place your print face down between a clean sheet, and iron on a low heat - do not do this with. “poster” prints. (sneaky, I know!)

Canvas Prints: Will come wrapped in plastic, secured in place, and shipped in a box fit to each canvas size. Please allow up to 5 additional business days, as these have to be shipped to us first. Thank you!

P r i n t s + P a p e r & M o r e :

We are so happy to offer prints that are nearly identical to the originals! All Prints are true in color and printed to last a lifetime.

Paper Prints:

5x7” - 11x14” : Giclee Prints on coated velvet pressed paper. (110 lb. ) This paper has a feel similar to watercolor paper.

16x20” - 18x24” : Printed on heavy weight professional grade velvet paper (100 lb), with a smooth matte finish.

Poster Prints : Printed on a heavy weight, semi-gloss paper with archival inks.

Canvas Prints: Premium Giclee Prints that are dust proof and light fast so they will stand the test of time. For prints 11x14” and smaller, they will come as a loose canvas that you can frame without glass or have stretched if you like. For canvas prints 16x20 or larger, they will come pre-stretched and mounted on a wood panel, ready to hang. If you would like to frame canvas prints of this size, I recommend buying a floater frame.

As a small shop and family, we cannot process any returns or cancellations. In the unlikely circumstance of your print or painting being damaged during transit, please send an email to hello@morgancasteel.com with a photo attached.
